A funny little video for a band that has no vocals. This 2-man band were looking for something “Gimmicky” and I came up with the idea of cloning them into a fuller band.
I used a computer controlled robotic camera system (that I own) to create ‘repeatable’ camera moves and we shot them multiple times in different outfits to create the ‘band’. It was an interesting day of meticulous shooting.
This is one of those rare occasions where I didn’t do the main editing. I set up the project for them, did the final color-correction and a bunch of the more complicated FX shots that they needed help with, and templated how to do other FX shots for them – then they edited the bulk of the video and brought it back to me for final touches.
